KATHY KOSOVA, MBA, ESQ.

Kathy’s law practice at FALATI involves client representation and counseling on all levels of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement, with a focus on issues pertinent to software technology.  Kathy also assists clients with legal issues relating to Marketing and Advertising Law in the consumer products and services marketplace.

 

After completing her undergraduate BA in Applied Math from Union College, Kathy obtained her Juris Doctorate from Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in Intellectual Property, an MBA in Marketing and Operations from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Northeastern University.

Kathy has a decade of experience managing IT projects, first as a programmer, then as an IT Project Manager. She also worked for nearly a decade in product management and development in consumer products before branching into education and technology.  

 

At FALATI, Kathy works independently to assist clients in a variety of Intellectual Property Law matters, including commercial agreements in which IP is a prominent component.  She also assists clients on how to protect software and other related technologies.  Due to her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, Kathy combines her business experience from academia and practice with her expertise in the law of Advertising and Marketing to assist executives in small businesses and medium-sized corporations on their marketing and advertising strategies.
