Fatemeh Iravani, esq.

Fatemeh's law practice at FALATI involves client representation and counseling on all levels of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement, with a focus on issues pertinent to Marketing and Advertising Law. 

Fatemeh is licensed to practice law in California.  After obtaining her law degree, she completed a Masters (LLM) degree in Intellectual Property law as well as an SJD in IP Law (akin to a Ph.D. in IP law).  She also pursued advanced research on IP matters as a postdoctoral research fellow in Milan, Italy, and further at Columbia University before entering practice.  At FALATI, Fatemeh works independently to assist clients in a variety of Intellectual Property Law matters, including commercial agreements for which IP is a prominent component, and assists small businesses and medium-sized corporations on their trademark matters, branding and advertising strategies.
