At FALATI, Alex works in areas related to Brand and Trademark Protection, law of Advertising, and assists on matters related to Patents and Copyrights.


Alex is a native of Western New York, who grew up in Buffalo where he originally sought to be an entrepreneur.  Alex has always had a keen interest in developing and following emerging new technologies and industries.  After graduating from the University at Albany, he attended Albany Law School and focused his studies on Patent law, Copyright law, Trademark and Unfair Competition law, and Business law.  Alex is not yet admitted to practice law in NY State. 

His past work experience includes working at the State University of New York Research Foundation’s Office of Innovations and Partnerships, and has also previously worked on brand and marketing strategies for the Center for Donation and Transplant at University at Albany.
